These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the TRAUMAGEL ecommerce store, account verification process, product information, ordering tools, and related services. By using this store, creating an account, submitting an account verification form, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

TRAUMAGEL Product and USA-Only Availability

TRAUMAGEL^® is a prescription medical device for the temporary external control of moderate to severe bleeding. TRAUMAGEL products offered through this store are available only to licensed healthcare professionals and authorized institutions in the USA only. Product availability, ordering, payment capture, fulfillment, and shipment are subject to professional credential, institutional, shipping, regulatory, and compliance verification.

Account Verification Required

You represent that all account, credential, license, NPI, agency, institution, billing, shipping, and contact information you provide is accurate, current, complete, and submitted by an authorized person. TRAUMAGEL may request additional information, verify credentials, approve or reject accounts, hold orders, cancel orders, or decline fulfillment at any time where required for eligibility, safety, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, or operational reasons.

Ordering, Payment Authorization, and Fulfillment

Submitting an order does not mean the order has been approved, accepted, captured, or shipped. Orders may be authorized at checkout and held while TRAUMAGEL completes eligibility review. Approved orders may be captured and released for fulfillment. Rejected, incomplete, ineligible, non-USA, suspicious, or non-compliant orders may be canceled.

No Returns

No returns are accepted. Because TRAUMAGEL is a regulated prescription medical device and for safety, quality, handling, chain-of-custody, and compliance reasons, all sales are final once approved and fulfilled, except where a remedy is required by applicable law or expressly authorized in writing by TRAUMAGEL. Permitted Use

You may use this store only for lawful TRAUMAGEL product review, account verification, and purchasing by eligible USA healthcare, public-safety, distributor, institutional, or other authorized professional buyers. You may not misuse the store, provide false credentials, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with store operation, or use the store for unlawful, misleading, resale, export, or non-compliant purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cresilon disclaims warranties not expressly provided and is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from use of the store or inability to use the store.
